Foundation for Children and Youth with Diabetes formerly offered camps just for diabetic youth, but upon finding that many diabetic youth are also gluten intolerance, FCYD has opened all sessions of camp to any youth, ages 6-18, who require a gluten-free diet. Several teenagers who are members of GIG have attended the camps and report that the camps are a blast. |
