Most often meetings are held at 7 p.m. in the Northwest Medical Plaza on the Northwest corner by UVRMC, Bull dog and State Street, Provo. The building is the old Granite Furniture building which now also has an Instacare in it.  All meetings are offered free of charge and are open to anyone who wants to learn more about gluten intolerance and celiac disease.

Please let Shannon at shannon@gfutah.org  know if you will be able to attend to ensure enough samples for everyone.  Jonyce Bullock will report on the National GIG Education Conference that she attended in June.  We look forward to hearing about what she learned and about the latest research.
