Broccoli
Salad

1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp vinegar
1 head broccoli, chopped
1/2 pound bacon, sautéed, crumbled
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1 tomato, quartered
1 cup raisins

Blend mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar for the dressing.

Toss broccoli, bacon and red onion with the dressing and let sit overnight.

Before serving, stir in raisins and garnish with the tomato wedges.
