Favorite White Bread

Star (R) Yeast and Products
HAND OR MIXER
3 large eggs
1 tsp cider
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 1/4 cups very
2 cups white rice
1/2 cup potato
1/2 cup tapioca
1/3 cup cornstarch
1 Tbsp xanthan gum
3 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup dry milk
2 1/4 tsp RED STAR
(R) Active Dry Yeast
to 350 F.
In a large
bowl, mix eggs, vinegar, oil and water.

bowl, combine flours, xanthan, sugar, salt, dry milk and yeast.
