cups potato pearls

cup sour cream

cup shredded Cheddar cheese

slices bacon, crispy cooked, crumbled
1/4
cup sliced green onions, with tops

Boil water, add potato pears; beat with fork until
smooth. Spread in 2 quart casserole
dish.

Spread with sour cream.
Sprinkle with cheese, bacon and onion.

Microwave uncovered on high 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese begins to
melt.
