Marvelous Mashed Potatoes 
Marlene Mork
4 cups water
2 cups potato pearls
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, crispy cooked, crumbled
1/4 cup sliced green onions, with tops

  1. Boil water, add potato pears; beat with fork until smooth.  Spread in 2 quart casserole dish.  
  2. Spread with sour cream.  Sprinkle with cheese, bacon and onion.  
  3. Microwave uncovered on high 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. 
Serves 8.
